Representative Reboletti Offers General Assembly

Addison, IL … State Representative Dennis M. Reboletti (R-Elmhurst) is
currently accepting applications for Illinois General Assembly Scholarships
to be awarded for the 2008/2009 school year.
“College tuition can be a real financial burden on students and their
families. I’m pleased to be able to offer eight one-year scholarships to
students of the 46th District,” said Rep. Reboletti.
To be eligible for the scholarships, students must reside within the 46th
District, which includes portions of Addison, Bensenville, Elmhurst, Itasca,
Lombard, Villa Park and Wood Dale.
The scholarships can be used at the following state-supported universities:
Chicago State, Eastern Illinois, Governors State, Illinois State, Northern
Illinois, Northeastern Illinois, Southern Illinois, the University of
Illinois and Western Illinois. The scholarships cover tuition only, not room
and board or fees.
An application can be picked up from the representative’s office at 50 East
Oak Street, Suite 250 in Addison or can be requested by phone and mailed.
Applicants must submit the completed application, two letters of
recommendation and high school and college transcripts along with a brief
statement of their community involvement. The application deadline is
Monday, April 14, 2008.
