Responding to the increase in multiple homicides and the recent wave of young children being caught in the cross fire, State Representative Dennis Reboletti (R-Elmhurst) filed legislation which would lift the moratorium on the death penalty, broaden the scope of defendants eligible for the death penalty and continue to reform the system.
