Due to the rise in heroin use amongst teenagers and young adults, State Representative
Dennis Reboletti, Serenity House Counseling Services, Alexian Brothers Health System, the
Illinois Alcoholism & Drug Dependence Association and the Addison Police Department
invite you to a Heroin Forum to learn more about heroin, how it is affecting our community,
its effects on users and how to get help if your child or loved one is using the new drug
of choice.
